FISH IN PREGNANCY BOOSTS CHILD'S BRAIN POWER AT 3 YEARS OLD
Researchers at Harvard Medical School compared the amount of fish eaten by pregnant women during the second trimester in pregnancy with how well their children did in tests when they were 3 years old. They found that children did twice as well in tests if their mother's had eaten more than 2 servings of fish per week compared with those whose mothers ate no fish.
